The Full Tilt Poker remission process for former US players has been going on for some time now and a new update was recently released by the Garden City Group. For those out of the FTP loop, the Garden City Group is the claims administrator hired to take care of the remission process for US players. The Garden City Group has now stated that the email notification process is now complete.
According to the most recent statement by the group, as of yesterday over 1.4 million emails were sent out to former FTP players in the US. The group also stated that they have received 23,500 petitions via the new system set up online for petition filing.
Players who did not receive a notification from the Garden City Group who they should be part of the remission process can submit information to begin the petition process. If a player has been assigned a control number as part of the process but did not receive an email, they will be sent their assigned information. Also, anyone who was sent an email but was shown to be ‘undeliverable’ by Garden City will be sent a physical postcard via the home address if it is on file.

We are pleased to report that the Remission Process is now well underway. All told, GCG has sent over 1.4 million email notifications to Full Tilt Poker (“FTP”) players, and in response GCG has already received over 23,500 Petitions through the online filing system.
The email notification process is now complete. If you did not receive an email and you believe you are in Full Tilt’s database and should have been identified as a potentially eligible player, please contact us to provide your updated email address and we will provide you with your petition and control numbers if you have been assigned them. To the extent GCG has been provided with physical mailing addresses, we will be sending postcards to Petitioners whose emails were returned as undeliverable in the next few weeks.
The process now continues and hopefully it will not drag on for months before players begin to see the funds they are rightfully owed back in their bank accounts.
