The NBA Finals series between the Golden State Warriors and the Cleveland Cavaliers now moves to a game 4 on Friday night. Game four could be the final game of the 2018 NBA season, as the Warriors lead the Finals, 3-0. Golden State was able to come back and defeat the Cavaliers, 110-102 in game three.
LeBron James has been doing it all for the Cavaliers this series, but has received little help. The Warriors seem to have a different player lead them each night, and are now just one win away from a second consecutive NBA championship. Cleveland hopes to keep their season alive by winning at home in game 4. The Warriors are -5.0 over the Cavaliers on Friday night.

Cavaliers Can’t Finish Games
The Cavaliers have shown that they can compete with the Warriors, but haven’t been able to finish them off to win a game. Cleveland made critical mistakes down the stretch in game one, and appeared to just run out of gas in the game 3 loss. The Cavaliers have the best player on the planet in LeBron James, but he needs help in trying to finish off the Warriors.
LeBron James had another triple-double in the game 3 loss, and appears to be playing the best basketball in his illustrious career. James finished with 33 points, 10 rebounds, and 11 assists, but it was not enough to give his team their first series win. King James will deliver another solid performance in game 4, but he needs to help to keep the Cavaliers season alive.
Warriors Survive Curry’s Off Night
Stephen Curry was terrific for the Warriors in their two home wins, but struggled mightily in Cleveland for game 3. Curry finished with just 11 points on 3-16 shooting in the win, and was able to connect on just one three point attempt. The Warriors need Curry to bounce back in a big way if they are going to finish off the series in 4 games.
Andre Iguodala and Shaun Livingston provided a spark off the bench for the Warriors in game 3. Iguodala returned from a leg injury to score 8 points in the game three win, while Livingston continued his great play in the NBA Finals. The Warriors depth is what has given them a 3-0 series lead.
Warriors Repeat as Champs
It is hard to envision LeBron James getting swept in an NBA Finals, but the Cavaliers are just one loss away from it happening. King James has done all he can do this entire postseason, but has received little help. The Cavaliers have proven that they can compete with the Warriors but now must prove that they can finish them off.
The Warriors are one win away from being considered a dynasty in the NBA. A game 4 win would give them their second consecutive NBA championship and their third in four seasons. Curry struggled in game 3, but look for him to bounce back in a big way to lead the Warriors to the series sweep. Bet the Golden State Warriors -5.0 to win game 4 and repeat as NBA Champions.
