The Jets have dropped four games in a row, and just can’t get it right. As they ride out the rest of the Todd Bowles era, they look to end it with a few wins.

Patriots
Coming in to tonight’s game, this team is posting the #7 best offense in the league. They come in to this one though, off a blowout loss to the Titans, which featured unlikely performances from both teams. When healthy, Sony Michel has been a big part of the running game success with 453 yards. Josh Gordon has really come in to his own with 477 yards and a pair of TD catches, and has helped the team a lot with Julian Edelman also being back. The team is undefeated when they score 21+ points, so that will be the magic number.
The pass-rush has been one of the weak areas of the team, with no players having more than 3.5 sacks on the season. They are struggling to get pressure on the opposition, and this really hurt them in the last loss to Tennessee… so did an angry Dion Lewis running hard. They have picked off 11 passes, and it will be up to the DB’s to use their hands to make big catches.
Jets
What has this team done well this year? Well they rank #24 in offense, and #21 in defense. They have scored fewer than 20 points in four straight games since magically scoring 42 against the Colts. Indianapolis is undefeated since that week, while the Jets have gone winless. McCown had 135 yards and two picks last week, and his backup is Eli’s former backup, Davis Webb. So there is no answer on this roster. They just have to keep fighting and know that next year will be better.
Jordan Jenkins is leading the team with five sacks, while Avery Williamson has recorded three. The pass-rush has 22 sacks, decently spread out against a lot of players. They have two pick-6’s which has been impressive, but they both came early in the year. There is a lot of things this team needs to improve, but it has to happen one thing at a time.
Patriots blow the Jets out of their home field
A major day for Tom Brady will help power the team to victory. He is going to toss three touchdown passes and help get the offense going early.
Though they have had some road struggles, this is not going to be the day.
The Jets just will not have it on this day— not that they have had it for quite a few weeks.
