The Clippers have had an exceptional season, and have been able to play up to their high expectations while also having to deal with several injuries to key guys. They will remain without their captain on defense Pat Beverley, still sitting with a groin injury that has already cost him several games. But what that does is it allows more chances for Marcus Morris within the offense and keeps Landry Shamet engaged with a larger role out there.
If the 76ers ever have a game away from home, the safe bet is the team playing at their own stadium, record aside. But when they play in front of the Philly faithful, they have proven themselves to be tough to beat. But the positional issues have continued, the poor fit of Al Horford here on full display. For the first time in his NBA career, he failed to score in the last game, and just isn’t succeeding playing next to Joel Embiid. It isn’t surprising, but you hate to see it.

The visiting Clippers are a one-point favorite for this one, making the bet a toss-up. The over/under is set at 224.5.
Clippers looking to keep it rolling
With Kawhi and PG likely both suiting up tonight, they will be the best version of themselves. Kawhi is constantly sitting here or there, being ‘load managed’ as he is supposedly still recovering from the injury that cost him most of his season in San Antonio two years ago. They had no problem disposing of the Cavs on Sunday, dominating the game from start to finish, and winning by over 40 against Cleveland’s struggling squad. Zubac is starting to get more and more comfortable and is not the same guy he is when the playoffs began and he was basically relegated to the bench.
This is a team with goals of winning their first-ever NBA title this year, and finally making it to a Western Conference Finals. They should more than likely end up in the conference semis, but we’ll have to see what happens from there.
76ers trying to get some mojo back
The situation here has gotten so bad that we saw the home fans booing Joel Embiid, something we would not have expected while he was still a 76er. He is a tremendous big man that impacts the game on both ends and stuffs the stat sheet. But clearly, the frustration is boiling amongst the fans as much as the players struggling out there. They added Glenn Robinson III and Alec Burks (who didn’t play last game) at the deadline to try and bolster the bench, so we’ll see if they are able to do just that.
Furkan Korkmaz is playing some amazing basketball of late and will be looking to stay hot for Philly in the final contests prior to All Star Weekend.
