The Phillies grabbed the top wildcard spot and took down the Miami Marlins and Atlanta Braves, winning five out of six playoff games. The Philadelphia Phillies are -165 over the Arizona Diamondbacks in this game.
Game One Gets Aces on the Mound

In games against the Marlins and Braves in the postseason, he has thrown 13 innings and allowed eight hits and three earned runs. Wheeler has struck out 18 in those games.
Power Hitting Philadelphia Phillies

Nick Castellanos has four home runs in six games, including back-to-back games with two in a game. Bryce Harper has three home runs and five runs batted in, while Trea Turner and JT Realmuto also have two in the postseason.
Turner is the top hitter so far for the Phillies. He is 12 of 24 with four doubles and five runs scored. The struggling bat for the Phillies has been Kyle Scharber and Alec Bohm. Those two are a combined 8 for 46 in the postseason.
Arizona on House Money
The Arizona Diamondbacks are playing with house money in this game and series. The Diamondbacks had to go on the road and beat the Milwaukee Brewers twice.
Then, they had to go on the road and sweep both games from the Dodgers, a team they chased in the standings. The Diamondbacks are scoring five runs per game in the postseason.
Corbin Carroll, who will be named National League Rookie of the Year, is hitting .412, with two home runs in the postseason. Gabriel Moreno, another youngster, has three home runs.
The Diamondbacks clubbed four home runs in one inning in the eliminating game over the Dodgers. Ketel Marte and Tommy Pham, both at the top of the order, have a combined 14 hits in 44 at bats so far for Arizona.
Thriller in Game One
This should be an awesome game, and this will be an awesome series. It’s Zac Gallen and Zack Wheeler. Both guys are great and can shut down an opposing offense. Look for a low-scoring game here. Sure, the Phillies offense has been great, but so has Arizona’s.
We are going with the upset here. We are taking the team that has won five straight games. The underdog is the pick here. Betting the Arizona Diamondbacks +140 over the Philadelphia Phillies in Game 1 on Monday Night.
