The Las Vegas Raiders will head to South Beach on Sunday to take on the Miami Dolphins as part of the Week 11 slate in the National Football League. The Raiders come into the game with a 5-5 mark on the season. Las Vegas has won back to back games, including a thrilling 16-12 win over the Jets on Sunday Night Football. The Raiders are second in the AFC West.
For the Dolphins, they are coming off their bye week. Before the bye, Miami lost in Germany to the Kansas City Chiefs. The Miami Dolphins are massive favorites in this game. The Dolphins are listed at -11 over the Raiders on Sunday.
Tua Time on South Beach
The Miami Dolphins have the second half of their season left, and Tua Tagovailoa is poised to put together quite the stretch. Tua and his Dolphins are 4-0 on the season at home. In those four games, the Dolphins offense has scored a total of 174 points. That’s 44 points per game at home. Much of that was in the 70-20 win over Denver, but that is up from the 31.7 per game on the season.
Tagovailoa has tossed for 2,609 yards and 19 touchdowns on the season. Tyreke Hill is one of the top receivers in all of the league with 1,076 yards and 8 touchdowns. Raheem Mostert has been good, and Devon Achane is on his way back, which would give them the weapons they had early in the season.
Miami will play this game, and then turn around and play on Black Friday on the road at the New York Jets. The Dolphins then go to Washington to take on the Commanders to open the month of December.
Raiders Seek to Keep Streaking
The Las Vegas Raiders are looking for their first three game winning streak of the season. Antonio Pierce has come in and won his first two games as the head coach of the Raiders. The win on Sunday Night Football was due in large part to the 100+ yard rushing game from Josh Jacobs. It was his first of the season.
Jacobs now has over 600 yards on the season, on 186 carries. Davante Adams continues to get the ball from rookie quarterback Aiden O’Connell. Adams leads the team with 659 yards and 3 touchdowns. Michael Mayer, rookie tight end from Notre Dame, had the lone touchdown of the game on Sunday.
The Raiders will face a tough slate upcoming, as they play at Miami, before hosting the Chiefs, Vikings and Chargers for three straight in a span of 19 days.
Dolphins in a Blowout
The Miami Dolphins are going to win this game, and win it with ease. Remember what the Broncos had happened to them when the Dolphins hosted them? Well, that won’t be as bad, but going to be a blowout. Miami gets back on track, and the Raiders fall back a bit. The betting spread at 11 points is not enough. The Dolphins -11 is our bet. Our final score prediction is Miami Dolphins 35-17 over the Las Vegas Raiders.
