AAA has noticed Circa’s exemplary customer service and entertainment and awarded the casino the distinguished AAA Four Diamond Award. The casino-hotel opened in October last year amid the coronavirus pandemic. Since it opened, Circa has been nothing but one of the best adult-only entertainment properties in the state.
A few weeks ago, the USA’s largest leisure and travel agency sent several unannounced inspectors to the hotel casino. They spend several nights at the hotel and came up with one of the best reviews Circa Las Vegas will live to see.
The casino-hotel owner, Derek Stevens, announced the good news about receiving the AAA Four Diamond Award. The hotel-casino developer and owner noted that Circa got the award “before one year is over” since it opened its doors in Las Vegas.
Stevens felt honored for getting the distinctive award within the casino’s first year of offering services. He said that the property had always aimed at giving its guests the best entertainment and customer service.
Stevens noted that the AAA Four Diamond Award was evidence of how the staff, management, and partners work hard. Derek promised that his people would continue giving guests the time of their lives.
Circa is not the only property operated by Stevens in downtown Las Vegas. Other properties under the company’s portfolio include Downtown Las Vegas Events Center, Golden Gate Hotel & Casino, and D Las Vegas.
Circa Has Put Downtown Las Vegas on the Map
Prior to the opening of Circa, downtown Las Vegas was in the process of reviving its economy. The gross gaming revenue was slowly increasing up until the coronavirus pandemic hit the country.
With Circa opening in October 2020, it encouraged more visitors to downtown. Circa Las Vegas is the first casino resort to be built from the ground up downtown in 40 years.
The hotel-casino is famous for its Insta-worthy features. These include a Stadium Club on the rooftop, the largest sportsbook in the world, swimming pools, amenities, and more. These have placed Downtown on the map, while AAA has said that the property is worth the taxi ride from the Strip.
AAA confirmed it gives its four diamonds to only the best. In fact, Circa is the only hotel in downtown Las Vegas to get the Four Diamond Award. Overall, the travel agency and insurer has given only 6.5 percent of the hotels it has inspected the Four Diamond Award.
A hotel must be the best in all angles to get the AAA award. A hotel has to apply for a review with AAA, which then sends inspectors who appear as regular guests.
These guest-inspectors examine the hotel in all areas to identify whether it qualified for the Four Diamond Award. AAA detailed its guests-inspectors experience.
The agency reported that Circa has top-notch cleanliness, state-of-the-art technology, beautifully designed rooms, excellent restaurants, and full-service pools.
Las Vegas is home to AAA Diamonds
While Circa Las Vegas is the first to get the AAA four-diamond award, it is one of the many in Las Vegas. Several resorts on the Strip have four AAA diamonds. These include The Venetian, Wynn and Encore, Red Rock, The Mirage, The Cosmopolitan, Mandalay Bay, MGM Grand, Palms, and M resort.
The sin city has six other hotels with five diamonds. AAA has awarded only 0.4 percent of inspected hotels the five diamonds, including Wynn Tower Suites, Four Seasons, Aria Sky Suites, Aria, Waldorf Astoria, and Bellagio.
