The press released goes on to discuss the settlement agreements which took place between the United States, PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker. The release also speaks of the new company that will be acting as the claims administrator in this process. The Garden City Group specializes in bankruptcy administration and class action settlements and they have provided such services for almost thirty years.
Hopefully with the addition of this company, the repayment process will proceed at a much faster rate. Players are ready to have their funds returned and this is a good sign that this process is moving along, despite the long waiting period.
