The popular poker tournament dubbed MILLIONS Online attracted many great players from all parts of the world. And two of them managed to achieve big wins — Yuri Dzivielevski and Timothy Adams. Let us take a look at these events and how they unfolded.
MILLIONS Online #03
The third event in the MILLIONS Online poker tournament was a 6-Max High Roller, and it attracted some of the most popular poker players. The event required the buy-in of $10,300, and a total of 57 entrants were recorded, who created the prize pool of $570,000, surpassing the guaranteed pool of $500,000.
Yuri Dzivielevski, hailing from Brazil, managed to top the tournament after seven and a half hours of play. His final opponent was another living poker legend — Justin Bonomo, who himself also recorded several big wins in online poker recently. Dzivielevski managed to win a total of $184,637 for his effort.
His path towards the victory was not an easy one, as he had to face some of the biggest names of poker nowadays, and many of them made it to the final table.
Canada’s Daniel Dvoress was the first one in the final table to hit the rail as seventh-placed, winning a total of $27,374. He was followed by Eugenio Peralta, who managed to snatch a total of $31,806 as a sixth-placed player, and Alexander Shalkovski from Russia ended up fifth for $37,964.
Stephen Chidwick, one of the UK’s most popular poker players (hailing from Mexico this time), has managed to win a total of $51,276 for his effort.
The last player to hit the rail before the heads-up was Joao Vieira, who won a total of $73,955.
In the end, Justin Bonomo was no match for Dzivielevski, so he had to settle for the consolation prize of $113,398.
MILLIONS Online #04
The fourth event was won by Timothy Adams. It was a 6-Max High Roller Turbo event that offered $200,000 in guaranteed prizes and required a $5,200 buy-in. The event attracted a total of 58 players who created a prize pool of $280,000.
Once again, the event featured plenty of poker superstars, and many of them managed to make it to the final table.
The first one to hit the rail was Georgios Zisimopoulos, who managed to win $13,447. He was followed by Stephen Chidwick, who, once again, managed to achieve a great result, winning $15,624 for his effort.
Michael Watson was the next to wave goodbye to the title, winning $18,639 as a fifth-placed player.
The fourth place was reserved for Justin Bonomo, who continued his great money streak in online poker. This time, he managed to win $25,188.
Jacob Carl Schindler lost all chips as third-placed and won $36,329. The last player to face Timothy Adams was Elio Fox, who had to settle for $67,571. Adams won $78,833 for his effort.
