The Garden City Group was chosen to be the Claims Administrator for the Full Tilt Poker repayment process last year and the group has continued to update the Full Tilt Poker Claims site with information so that players can stay up to date on the process and what it is they need to do to receive their long lost bankroll. GCG updated the site yesterday to let players know that the first round of payments will be taking place shortly.
On the 24th, a new notice was posted at the site in regards to approved petitions and bank account information for those who have made claims. The notice stated that the testing phase that took place earlier in the month helped to determine which players need to update their bank information due to incomplete or incorrect information.
The GCG sent out emails on February 21st to inform petitioners of instructions on what to do to update the bank account information on the filing site to be able to correct this issue. The updated information must be sent by March 13th 2014 for the money to be placed back in the account. If this is not completed, the petitioner will receive a check for the appropriate amount in the mail to the address provided on the petition.
Those who were contacted by the Garden City Group due to bank account information issues will receive the payment when the second round takes place. Players who were approved for the payment during the first round should have received an email notice yesterday or by today with the amount of payment listed. This would be for petitioners who passed the preliminary testing process earlier this month.
The first round of payments has been scheduled for February 28th, so players who have been approved should begin to see the money deposited into the appropriate bank account on this date.
