The offshore U.S. online poker industry continued to process payments in a timely manner in the past month. Most sites paid players through every method within two weeks. Merge Gaming is the only exception to that.

Bovada A+ (A+)
Bovada is the U.S.-facing skin on the Bodog Poker Network. Bovada once again receives the top grade. It has processed payments in days for its entire existence.
Players can receive a check by mail in amounts up to $2,500 in 4-7 days. Bank wires are processed in about one week in amounts up to $5,000. There is a Visa Fast Funds option that processes payments to a debit or credit card in 4-7 days. The fee for each is $50. Players can receive one payment to one of these methods for free each month.
Western Union payments are processed in 1-3 days. The amounts and fees are as follows:

BetOnline A- (A-)
BetOnline is the main U.S. skin on the Chico Poker Network. BetOnline built its reputation up in the past year to the point that it is becoming one of the best options for U.S. players.
The fastest way to get paid by BetOnline is via cash transfer. These are available in amounts up to $750. The fee is $35-$70, depending on the size. These arrive in about two days. Checks are available in amounts up to $2,500. The fee is $50. These are sometimes processed as money orders. Bitcoin withdrawals are available in amounts up to $3,500. These are processed in about one day. The fee is 2% of the transaction.
BetOnline offers players one free withdrawal each month. The maximum withdrawal fee that can be waived is $50, otherwise that amount will be deducted from the full fee and given as a discount. The free withdrawal must be requested on Fridays.
Winning Poker Network A- (A-)
The Winning Poker Network cashier processes payments for Americas Cardroom, Black Chip Poker, and True Poker. The Winning Poker Network processes checks in amounts up to $2,995 in about two weeks. These carry a $65 fee. Players can receive one free each month.
Players can receive withdrawals up to $2,500 each week through a debit card issued by the Winning Poker Network. There is a $25 fee to receive the card, a $4.95 fee for each withdrawal request, and a $5.95 monthly maintenance fee. These are processed in about one week. There is a separate Visa debit card option that sends the cash directly to a bank account. The fee is $35 and the funds arrive in about one week.
Cash transfers arrive in 2-5 days. The fees and amounts are as follows:
- $100 – $299 Fee: $60
- $300 – $499 Fee: $70
- $500 – $749 Fee: $85
- $750 – $999 Fee: $95
- $1,000 – $1,500 Fee: $110
Intertops B+ (B+)
Intertops continues to pay players quickly, however, it does not offer any free option for players. This keeps its grade out of the A tier. It is a member of the Revolution Gaming Network. It shares exclusive higher limit tables with Juicy Stakes, another U.S.-friendly skin on the network.
Intertops players may withdraw by debit card for $9 in amounts up to $5,000. This is the cheapest way to withdraw from Intertops. These are processed in about three days.
Checks are available in amounts up to $3,000. Bank wires are available in amounts up to $2,500. Both have a $50 fee and arrive in 1-2 weeks.
Cash transfers are processed in 1-2 days. The fees and amounts are as follows:
- $150-$500: $70 fee
- $501-$1,000: $85 fee
- $1,001-$2,000: $180 fee
Juicy Stakes B- (C+)
Juicy Stakes is a member of the Revolution Gaming Network. It is widely believed that Intertops is the sister site of Juicy Stakes. Juicy Stakes players can request a check in amounts up to $1,000. The fee is $50. Cash transfers are available in amounts up to $500 for a fee of $85 and up to $890 with a $110 fee. Both arrive in about one week.
SWCPoker C (B)
SWCPoker is the new SealsWithClubs. It is a Bitcoin-only site. The grade is lower this month for two reasons. Bryan Micon, the site’s founder, has stopped his social media activity. This may be related to his legal troubles in Nevada. The other issue is that the site’s traffic has declined to the point that it is becoming unplayable.
We have no reason to think that there are payment issues at SWCPoker. Players still report 12 hour payments. We are just concerned that the traffic is so low and its owner, once an extremely active voice, has gone silent.
Full Flush Poker C- (C)
Full Flush Poker is the flagship of the Equity Poker Network. It struggles to pay players in a timely manner.
The fastest way to withdraw from Full Flush Poker is by cash transfer. These are processed in about 10 days. The fees and amounts are as follows:
- $100-$200: $36 fee
- $201-$500: $39 fee
- $501-$750: $48 fee
- $751 – $1000: $60 fee
Checks arrive in two to three months. These are available in amounts up to $2,500. There is a $50 fee. Bank wires are also processed in about two to three months. These are available in amounts up to $4,000. The fee is $65. The receiving and intermediary banks will also charge a fee.
Another concern we have is that players outside the U.S. are reporting a two-month wait to get paid. Some have been waiting since March.
Merge Gaming D+ (C-)
The situation at Merge Gaming is not getting any better. This is the cashier that banks Carbon Poker, PlayersOnly, and Sportsbook.ag. Some U.S. players have been waiting since February to get paid. Merge Gaming converted some check requests to cash transfers to help speed up the process. Some players outside the U.S. report waiting since March.
Players can request checks up to $2,500. The fee is 3%. Players receive one free check per month. Some players have cash transfers available. These are processed in one to two weeks.
