Earlier this year online poker phenom Annette “Annette_15†Obrestad won the first ever WSOPE Main Event. Now the teenager is proving that was no fluke as she leads at the EPT Dublin tournament after Day 3.
She has made a solid name playing at online poker rooms for some time and now seems to be proving that those skills will transfer to the brick and mortar tournament world. If Annette wins she will be the second female EPT winner following Vicky Coren in 2006.
As one up and coming pro looks to add to her new career stats, a veteran poker pro looking for his second consecutive EPT final table, Andy Black, bubbles in tenth place.
Chip count for final table at the PokerStars EPT Dublin event will be:
Annette Obrestad – Norway – 788k
Daan Ruiter – Holland – 646k
Reijo Manninen – Finland – 480k
Casper Hansen – Denmark – 360k
