Sebastian “Weizen” Gaehl fulfilled his dream of winning a Super MILLION$ title on April 12, 2022. It was the Austrian poker professional’s first time winning $369,934 in GGPoker’s Super MILLION$ tournament.
His latest victory increased his poker career earnings to more than $1 million, and he has earned over $2 million in GGPoker tournaments. Besides, it prevented Jans Arends from winning his first Super MILLION$ title. But he won $290,059.

Gaehl, the current chip leader, opened from a small blind to 280,000 in the 40,000/80,000/10,000a level as Hobold placed a 1,900,575 three-bet in the big blind. The former called and flipped an ace-king that crushed his rival’s ace-queen.
Hobold flopped his queen, and it hit another one on the river. Yet, Gaehl made a flush turn from the board four-flushing.
Silva did a min-raise to 200,000 using ace-king from below the gun and made a call when Waghmare made a three-bet all-in for 2,358,477 from a small blind with ace-queen. Waghmare got eliminated in fifth place by an eight-high board that drastically increased Silva’s chips.
spaise411 from Russia lost a coinflip to Gaehl. By then, the blinds had increased to 80,000/160,000/20,000 when the latter made an open-shove from a button for 15 big blinds with ace-seven.
spaise411 used pocket fives from a small blind to make a stand for a 1,182,728 stack. Unfortunately, he lost after a seven rather than an ace finishing the community cards.
