Beginning in May, 888poker will be offering players the XL Inferno series, with 34 total tournaments on the schedule. 888 has released the full lineup of events, with tournaments running from May 10th until the 20th. Players will find the events have a nice range of buy-ins, making the tournaments affordable for every player.
One of the big highlights of the series is that 888poker will be offering three Main Events. Players will be able to compete in the Micro, Mini or Main Event, each offering a different buy-in and guarantee. The Micro Main will have a $30 buy-in with a $50,000 prize pool guarantee while the Mini Main will have a $160 buy-in with $200,000 in total prize money up for grabs.
The last Main Event will include a minimum of $1 million in prize money and will have the largest buy-in of $1,050. 888poker is currently offering satellites to the Main Event, with buy-ins starting at just $0.01 for entry.
The XL Inferno will kick off on May 10th with three events on the schedule. Event #1 is the $100,000 Opening Event which will be followed by #2 and #3, the $20,000 Mini Opening Event and the $25,000 Late Opening Event.
The series will include a variety of poker formats with each tournament, including knockout events, 6-max, mega deep, crazy 8 and more. Players will find each day of the series will offer at least three events, so there is always something to take part in.
For players with a larger bankroll, 888poker will be offering high roller events on the 15th. Event #16 is a $200,000 High Roller tournament while Event #17 is a $100,000 Mini High Roller tournament. The largest high roller tournament on the schedule is Event #18, the $300,000 Late High Roller.
