The All-Time Money List Review – Who’s In The Top 10?

In this article, we’re going to make a short review of the all-time money list available on the Hendon Mob site. It’s a simple list of players who managed to earn the most money by playing live poker tournaments.

The list didn’t change a lot in the past year, as the Top 10 players have stayed in the same positions throughout most of 2020. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, live poker tournaments have ground to a halt, with no timetable for when major poker tournaments might be played again.

The List

The Hendon Mob all-time money list is still dominated by Bryn Kenney, who managed to earn a total of $56,403,506. The American from New York is ranked 8th in his popularity ranking and is in 40th place on the Global Poker Index ranking. He is still one of the players who earned the most money playing poker, and the biggest amount he managed to win was $20,563,324. Kenney won that prize when he finished in second place at the £1,050,000 No-Limit Hold’em – Triton Million for Charity (Event #2), which was part of Triton Poker Super High Roller Series London.

Sitting in second place is Justin Bonomo, a Canadian-born poker player, who is also sixth in his popularity ranking and 68th in the Global Poker Index ranking. Bonomo’s best live cash was at the $1,000,000 No-Limit Hold’em – The Big One for One Drop (Event #78), which was part of the 49th World Series of Poker (WSOP 2018). Bonomo managed to achieve three of his biggest victories in 2018 alone, crossing the path from a relatively unknown player to a poker superstar in just a couple of years. He earned a total of $49,128,107

Daniel Negreanu comes in third, even though his popularity ranking score makes him the most popular poker player in the world. Negreanu managed to end up in second place at the 45th World Series of Poker (WSOP 2014) when taking part in the $1,000,000 No-Limit Hold’em – The Big One for One Drop (Event #57). Negreanu won a total of $42,053,307 from playing live poker tournaments.

Other players who made it to the Top 10 on The Hendon Mob’s all-time money list are Erik Seidel ($37,748,126), Dan Smith ($36,742,718), Stephen Chidwick ($34,387,646), David Peters ($33,737,541), Fedor Holz ($32,556,379), Jason Koon ($31,101,729), and Steve O’Dwyer ($30,472,704).
