Strong’s Bulls Looking to Finish Strong
Charlie Strong saw the South Florida Bulls come away with a nice 2017 season. The Bulls had a chance to move to the conference title game in the final week of the season, but lost in overtime. The Bulls scored 38.3 points per game, which ranked inside the Top 20 in College Football. Quinton Flowers was the quarterback with more than 2,600 passing yards and 972 rushing yards.
South Florida’s Marquez Valdes-Scantling led the team with 50 receptions and 5 touchdowns. Red Raiders Spread out Bulls
The Texas Tech Red Raiders are going to look to pass the football, and pass it some more. The Red Raiders are not going to look to run the football much, and likely will not have to. It will be a test for the South Florida defense to see how they can contain Texas Tech.
In the end though – too much passing, and not enough passing for South Florida to win. The Bulls lose the game, and Texas Tech finishes with their 7th win of the season. When you are betting on this game – take the Texas Tech Red Raiders +2.5 over the South Florida Bulls.
