Caesars Entertainment is a top operating company in Nevada when it comes to gambling offerings. From sports betting to casino game play, Caesars is a brand that is well recognizable in the state as well as in other areas of the United States. In Las Vegas, the brand offers quality sports betting but has been one of the last major providers to offer an app for sports wagering. With mobile technology continuing to become more popular, it is surprising to find the brand has taken so long to create such as option for players. It seems Caesars in now on track to launch a sports betting app after it was confirmed that the brand is working with Miomni on the project.
Legal Sports Report confirmed the news via Caesars Entertainment so players can expect more to be revealed at the application in the near future. The new app is set to launch possibly this week with the app in full operation by the fourth quarter.
Miomni will be providing the platform for the sports betting application, an award-winning company that specializes in technology for race, casino and sports betting industries. The company first received permission to provide services in the state back in 2014 from the Nevada Gaming Commission and have been on a roll ever since, partnering with such venues as the Atlantis Casino and the Boyd Gaming brand.
Details of the new application have yet to be announced but one could assume that Caesars offering will operate just as other sports book apps do in the state. Players will have to be 21 years of age to take part and accounts must first be created in person before online wagering can begin. Individuals who download the app and place wagers will not have to be a resident of the state but will have to be physically located in the borders of Nevada for geolocation to give the player access to gaming options.
