Chicago Cubs
The Cubs pitched well in the game on Tuesday, as Ben Brown threw seven no hit innings. The Cubs allowed a hit in the 8th inning, and then a run in the 9th inning. Chicago’s pitching has a team ERA of 3.80 on the season, which is 11th in the league.
Shota Imanaga will get the nod for the Chicago Cubs. He has not pitched since May 18th against the Pirates. He is 5-0 on the season, with a 0.84 earned run average. In 53.2 innings this season, he has struck out 58 batters, and walked just 9.
The Cubs offense scored just one run through nine innings in the win. Michael Busch hit a third inning home run. It was his 8th of the season. Mike Tauchman and Cody Bellinger had RBI’s in the 10th inning, before Ian Happ and Busch added insurance to go ahead 6-1 heading into the bottom of the 10th. Christopher Morel leads the Cubs in homeruns. He has nine on the season.

Bryse Wilson will take the hill for Milwaukee. The 26 year old threw on may 24th at Boston, and allowed 6 hits and 2 runs over 5.1 innings. This will be his 7th start of the season. Wilson is 3-1 with a 2.86 earned run average. He has thrown 44 innings, and struck out 38 batters this season.

Adames also has 8 homeruns, while Rhys Hoskins, in his first season with the team, leads the team with 9 bombs.
Shota Time
We like the Cubs pitching in this game. An extra time through the rotation for Shota Imanaga before this one. He is going to grab his sixth win of the season, and pick up a massive win for the Cubs.
Chicago needs this one to move a game closer. They also could open the door for St. Louis to get a little closer in the National League Central. Our final bet for this game on Wednesday is the Chicago Cubs -135 over the Milwaukee Brewers. Enjoy the game and best of luck!
