With how much better the Diamondbacks have played than Colorado this season, it wouldn’t be surprising to see them come away with another win. The Diamondbacks have arguably been one of the top teams in the National League this season as they’re currently tied for the second-best record in NL.

Tommy Henry will be on the mound for the Diamondbacks, which could be good news for them. Despite being a youngster, the sportsbooks still believe that he’s going to be able to get the job done. They come in as -165 favorites on the moneyline.

When looking at the season the Arizona Diamondbacks have had, it’s easy to see why people are high on them this year. They played well against Colorado throughout the first two games of this series, giving up only a combined six runs and scoring at 12 themselves. They were able to do so behind two impressive pitching performances by their starting pitchers and will need to continue doing so if they want to win a third game.

Colorado Needs To Win One

The Colorado Rockies have had a disappointing season, but that was expected coming into the year. They’ve now lost five of their last 10 games and are still 10 games behind the first-place Los Angeles Dodgers and 8.5 games behind the second-place Diamondbacks. If they want to find a way to get back in the mix of things, winning games in the NL West is going to be huge for them.
