Game 6 of the best of 7 series in the National Hockey League between the Florida Panthers and Boston Bruins will take place on Friday. The Florida Panthers lead the series 3-2, but need to win this game on the road to avoid playing in a do or die Game 7.
Florida won the Atlantic Division with four straight wins down the stretch of the regular season. The Panthers finished with 110 points. Florida led the series 3-1, but then could not score enough and lost 2-1 on Tuesday.

Panthers One Win Away
Sam Reinhart was the lone Florida offensive player to score in the Game 5 loss. It was his fifth of the postseason, and it came unassisted. Reinhart was terrific for the Panthers this season, as the top point getter. He scored 57 goals and dished out 37 assists. So far in the postseason he has 9 points.
Matthew Tkachuk was second for the Panthers in the regular season. In the postseason, he has 4 goals and 9 assists so far. Third is Aleksander Barkov. He has 5 goals and 8 assists so far through 10 games.
The goaltender for the Panthers has been Sergei Bobrovsky. He had won three straight games, allowing just 5 goals during that streak. During the regular season, the 35 year old went 36-17-4 and had a goals against average of 2.37.
Bruins Need more Defensive Brilliance
Jeremy Swayman was terrific, and kept the Boston season alive with 28 saves in the Game 5 win. The win moved him to 6-5 so far in the postseason playing in all but one of the games for the Bruins.
Morgan Geekie got the party started for the Bruins with a first period goal. After the Panthers tied it, Charlie McAvoy scored his first of the postseason, which proved to be the game winner. It was the first point of the series for McAvoy.
David Pastrnak, who scored 110 points in the regular season, has been held in check this series. Pastrnak has just 1 goal and 2 assists. In the series against Toronto, he scored 3 goals and dished out 2 assists
Bruins Top Panthers
