The Eastern Conference visits the Western Conference Wednesday in the National Basketball Association. The New York Knicks will take their talents to Salt Lake City to take on the Utah Jazz. THe Knicks are 6th in the Eastern Conference with their 13-9 record. New York is coming off a home win over the Raptors on Monday. The Knicks are 6-6 on the road this season.
For Utah, they are 7-16 on the season. The Jazz have dropped to 12th in the Western Conference standings. Utah is coming off their third straight loss on Monday. In that game, the Thunder scored 134 in a 14 point win. The Jazz are 6-5 in home games.
New York comes into this game as the favorite. The Knicks are -5.5 in this game over the Jazz.
Jazz Looking to Bounce Back
Utah is in fourth place in their division, only ahead of the Portland Trail Blazers. The Jazz are looking to snap the recent three game losing streak, where they are allowing nearly 133 points per game. In the loss to the Thunder on Monday, they allowed Shai Gilgeous-Alexander to put up 30 in three quarters.
The Jazz are led in scoring by Lauri Markkanen. The power forward is scoring 23.7 points per game, and making nearly 49 % of his shots. Keyone George is the guard leading the charge for Utah, with 11.4 points and 5.2 assists per game.
The Utah Jazz will go on the road for their next two, and seven out of eight. The Jazz are at Portland and Sacramento, before coming home to host the Nets on December 18th. The Jazz then play at Cleveland, Detroit, Toronto, San Antonio and New Orleans before their December 30th game at home against the Heat.
Balanced Attack for New York
New York scored 136 on the win over the Raptors on Monday behind a balanced attack. New York would live to continue the balanced attack over the next few games, with the loss of their big man Mitchell Robinson. The Knicks are scoring 113.1 points per game, led by Jalen Brunson’s 24.6 per game.
Brunson also is the leading assist man with 5.6 per game as well. Robinson being out will hurt the Knicks inside a bit, as he was their top rebounder with 10.3 per game. Next up will need to be Julius Randle, as he is just shy of 10 rebounds per game.
The New York Knicks are starting a five game road trip. The Knicks are at Phoenix, the Clippers, the Lakers and Nets, before back to back home games against the Bucks, including one on Christmas Day.

The New York Knicks are going to go on the road and win this game. New York is a professional enough of a basketball team to not have a problem winning against a team they are better than.
