The big loss for the New Orleans Pelicans was in the first play-in game when Zion Williamson went out. He has not returned, and now the Pelicans are a loss away from being eliminated. In the game three loss, Brandon Ingram led the scoring, but he had just 19 points in the game.
Williamson had a great season. The former Duke Blue Devil played in 70 games, and scored nearly 23 points per game. He was also able to grab nearly 6 rebounds per game. Ingram is second on the team. He scored 20.8 points per game.
New Orleans knows if they want any chance in this series, they are going to have to score more. All three losses so far, the Pelicans have yet to reach 100. In fact, New Orleans is scoring just 90 points per game.
