Washington Capitals Trying To Gain Momentum Back
T.J. Oshie scored another power-play goal for the Washington Capitals in Game 4. He has been tremendous for the Capitals in this series. Oshie will need to continue playing well if they want to pull off the upset.
Evgeny Kuznetsov scored his second goal of the series for Washington in Game 4. He has been a very underrated player for the Capitals in this series. Kuznetsov will need to keep playing a 200-foot game in this series.
Ilya Samsonov finished with 29 saves in Game 4 for the Capitals. He was not the reason why they lost. Samsonov will be the starting goalie in Game 5 most likely and was just dealing with bad puck luck in Game 4.
Florida Panthers Looking To Push Washington To the Brink
Carter Verhaeghe scored two goals in Game 4 for the Florida Panthers, including the game-winning goal 4:57 into the overtime session. He was super clutch in this hockey game. Verhaeghe has been an unsung hero in this series for this hockey team.
Sam Reinhart scored the game-tying goal for Florida with a little bit over two minutes remaining in regulation. It was his first goal of the series. Reinhart and other role players will need to continue to step up in the postseason.
Sergei Bobrovsky made only 14 saves in Game 4 for the Panthers. He was not very busy at all and almost cost them the game. Bobrovsky will need to be much sharper in Game 5 for this hockey team moving forward.
